Magdalena Abel, Ph.D.

Dr. Magdalena Abel (she/her) is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Regensburg near Munich, Germany, where she teaches courses on cognitive psychology and developmental psychology. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Regensburg in 2012.

Dr. Abel specializes in research on factors that influence learning, such as motivation, sleep, and collective remembering in social groups. She was featured on the podcast Portrait of a Teacher in 2022.
