Dr. Bridgid Finn (she/her) is the Director of Behavioral Science at Fidelity Investments in New York City, New York. Previously, she was a Senior Research Scientist at the Educational Testing Service. She specializes in research on metacognition, feedback, and student motivation. She earned her Ph.D. from Columbia University in 2007.

Dr. Finn has extensive experience in experimental design, quantitative analysis, project and grant management, application of cognitive science to new technology development.
